Report: Ndamukong Suh To Be Suspended At Least Two Games

Ndamukong Suh's belated admission that his actions on Thanksgiving were wrong does not appear to have prevented the league from taking action.

The Detroit Lions defensive tackle will be suspended for at least two games for his actions against the Packers, ESPN reports. The discipline is a result of Suh shoving Packers offensive lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith's head into the ground and then stomping on Dietrich-Smith's chest.

Suh initially claimed he did nothing wrong, but later admitted his conduct was unacceptable when the Lions posted a mild rebuke of his actions on the team's website.

It is uncertain exactly how long the suspension will be or when it will begin, according to the report. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is expected to issue a ruling Tuesday.
