If you watch Saturday Night Live these days for the full 90 minutes, there’s a chance you only spend a minute or two actually laughing. Last week, the Tim Tebow sketch provided that 75 seconds of entertainment for many viewers, but not for televangelist Pat Robertson.
The 81-year-old took offense to Jason Sudeikis‘ portrayal of Jesus and his somewhat standoffish relationship with the Broncos’ quarterback.
“There’s an anti-Christian bigotry that is just disgusting,” Robertson said on the Christian Broadcasting Network, as noted by Mediaite. “If this had been a Muslim country and they had done that, and had Muhammad doing that stuff, you would have found bombs being thrown off … and bodies in the street. And we think it’s OK.”
That might be a little extreme, but it’s not entirely surprising. If you check out the Video of the Day below, you’ll get an idea of just how worked up Robertson can get over Mr. Tebow.
Do you agree or disagree with Robertson?
“Something should be done to them, I would think. I don’t know. I got a game, what should they get?”

Twitter’s not short on amateur comedians.
Hey, Pat, take a breath, man.
