Bill Polian, Chris Polian Wear Out Welcome in Indianapolis After Embarrassing 2-14 Season

Bill Polian did a mighty fine job for more than a decade, but that wasn't enough to keep his job.

The man who drafted Peyton Manning in 1998 won't get the chance to draft Andrew Luck in 2012, after he and his son, Chris, were fired following the Colts' 2-14 season.

It's just a reminder that even the best in the business can wear out their welcome.
