No, not the Super Bowl, it’s Groundhog Day!

Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow when he popped out for his annual celebration meaning there’s six more weeks of winter will be on the horizon. Since Phil apparently fashions himself a grand prognosticator, Will O’Toole wonders if he can forecast the big event on Sunday, as seen in the cartoon above.
