Tom Brady Tips Cap to Giants, Says Patriots ‘Just Came Up a Little Bit Short’

Tom Brady's message after the Patriots' 21-17 loss on Super Bowl Sunday was simple. They just didn't make enough plays.

The New England quarterback started off his postgame news conference by tipping his cap to the New York Giants, who simply made more plays than the Patriots at the end of the day. He then said that everyone in the Patriots locker room felt like they could've done a little bit more in order to pull out a victory, but that it just wasn't the case.

Brady also talked about Wes Welker's drop late in the fourth quarter, explaining that he loves his receiver and that he'd love to throw to him forever.
