Not a lot is really expected of the Cubs this season, but that doesn't make losing hurt any less.
The Cubbies have dropped their first two games of the season, both late-inning losses to the Washington Nationals. And while losing could be a common theme for the Northsiders this season given the rebuilding mode they're in, fans are still hoping better days are on the horizon for the Theo Epstein era.
In fact, one Chicago bar is already sending a message to Epstein, who took over as the Cubs' president of baseball operations during the offseason. Murphy's Bleachers, a well-known watering hole across from Wrigley Field, has hung the sign seen in the photo below, which was captured by Paul Sullivan of the Chicago Tribune.
Chances are the Cubs won't go 0-162, but then again, they are the Cubs.
