The Red Sox weren't the only ones making sure Kevin Youkilis went out with a bang on Sunday — the Atlanta Braves' outfield also gave him a hand.

Thanks to a little misdirection in the field, Youkilis turned a long fly ball into a triple that fueled the Fenway Faithful and sparked a tribute to Youkilis in what would prove to be his final game in a Red Sox uniform.
