Monday was a great day for Team USA in the 2012 London Olympics, with the men's basketball team and women's soccer team pulling out victories in their quests for gold.
After leading by only one point at halftime, Kevin Durant and the rest of the U.S. Men's Basketball team shot lights-out to surge past Argentina with a 126-97 victory. The U.S. will play Australia in the quarterfinals on Wednesday.
The women's soccer team also won, in epic fashion, after Alex Morgan's stoppage-time goal gave the U.S. a 4-3 victory and a spot in the Olympic final against Japan.
Tuesday's schedule is full of final events as the U.S. looks to add to its 63 medals and pass China (64) for first place in the medal count.

Hunter Kemper and Team USA look to bring home a gold medal in the men's triathlon.
8:56 a.m, NBCOlympics.com (Live Stream — will be shown on NBC in primetime) — Gymnastics Final
The gymnastics competition concludes with the medal rounds of men's and women's gymnastics, which begin at 9 a.m. but will be shown in primetime at 8 p.m. On the women's side, Team USA sends Gabby Douglas to the balance beam and Needham native Aly Raisman to the final of the floor exercise.
9 a.m., NBC Sports Network — Women's Basketball
Team USA faces off against Canada in the quarterfinals of women's basketball at 9 a.m.
12 p.m., NBC sports Network — Men's Soccer
Semifinal rounds of men's soccer include Mexico vs. Japan and South Korea against Brazil.
1:51 p.m., NBC — Women's Volleyball
Team USA takes on the Dominican Republic in a quarterfinal matchup of women's volleyball.
2 p.m., NBCOlympics.com (Live Stream — will be shown at 7 p.m. on NBC Sports Network) — Weightlifting
The men's super heavyweight final concludes Tuesday at 2 p.m. but will be shown at 7 p.m. on the NBC Sports Network.
4 p.m., NBCOlympics.com (Live stream — Will be shown on NBC in primetime) — Women's beach volleyball
In women's beach volleyball, the medal race between China and the U.S. heats up as the two square off in the semifinals, with Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh Jennings playing for Team USA.
