Tim Tebow Birthday Pizza Featuring Face of God Cooked Up at Alabama Pizzeria (Photo)

Tim Tebow‘s 25th birthday was, well, very much publicized.

Anyone who turned on the TV this past Tuesday, particularly ESPN, found that out, as the Jets quarterback was the subject of plenty of discussion. Then again, that’s not exactly a diversion from the norm.

What is somewhat unique, however, is how one Alabama pizzeria decided to mark the occasion. Joe Carlucci, owner of Famous Joe’s Pizzeria, is a huge Tebow and Jets fan, so he decided a Tebow-themed pizza was the way to go, according to WAAYTV.

Carlucci, who was assisted by Jonathan Patterson, an interior design and architecture student at the University of Memphis, said it took about two weeks to figure out the pizza, including one week to get all the cheese cut out.

That makes sense since the product reportedly contains six pounds of dough, seven pounds of cheese and four pounds of spinach. That’s a lot of ingredients, and something Popeye would be all over in a heartbeat, but the end result was pretty impressive.

“We started talking and I thought of Tim Tebow, his face, the Jets being his new team and God,” Carlucci reportedly said. “Who better than God to be next to Tebow with some angels around him?”

Mark Sanchez? Yeah, you’re right. Stick with God.

Anywho, check out the cool — and kind of weird — pizza below.
