Aaron Cook’s ‘Fortune Flip’ Pays Off As Red Sox Break Up No-Hitter, Roll to Victory Over Sputtering Rays (Video)


This season, things have usually been going the other way.

Aaron Cook has been known to start a game well, carry a no-hitter into the middle innings of a start and then give up a Red Sox lead. On Monday night, though, Cook and the Sox flipped the script on the Tampa Bay Rays.

The Rays dropped another division game, falling a little farther out of the playoff race, and the Sox were more than happy to help them along in their slide. NESN Nation's Dan Duquette is awarding Cook our "Fortune Flip" player of the game. Who's yours?
