Bush suffered a knee injury during Sunday's overtime loss to the Jets, and while the injury might not be as serious as originially feared, the prognosis isn't all positive.
According to The Palm Beach Post, Bush's left knee injury was described by a source on Monday morning as "nothing season-ending." However, the Dolphins are reportedly concerned that Bush may have to miss a few games.
Bush suffered the injury with 36 seconds remaining in the first half when he was struck in his left knee by a helmet. The running back could be seen trying to work out the knee on the sideline, but he would never end up returning to the lineup. Considering the injury history that Bush has with his left knee, Miami opted for the cautious approach, which makes sense.
Bush entered Week 3 on the heels of a big Week 2 performance in which he rushed for 172 yards and two touchdowns in a blowout win over the Raiders.
