Curt Schilling has not played for the Boston Red Sox since 2007, but No. 38’s latest pitch will grab the eye of New Englanders thanks to its hefty price tag.
The former ace recently listed his Medfield, Mass., estate for $3.45 million, and just one look around the house makes that number seem a little low.
The 26-acre estate features every amenity one could imagine: seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms, a home theater, a heated pool, a volleyball court, a batting/pitching cage, a wine cellar and even a dog-grooming area.
