Did the Bruins play poorly on Sunday? You’d never know watching them pick apart the Capitals in the first period Tuesday night.

Claude Julien appears to have rallied his troops nicely after a poor showing at the end of last game, which ultimately resulted in a 4-3 loss to Montreal. Brad Marchand is back to scoring goals, the Bruins penalty kill is looking sharp and even the team’s defensemen are finding the back of the net.
