Bruins Squander Strong Defensive Effort With Third-Period Breakdowns (Video)

During the Bruins’ Stanley Cup run in 2011, the team embraced the mantra “Full 60 to History.” This year’s squad is having trouble with that.

The B’s have struggled to close out games this season, blowing third-period leads in five of their six regulation losses. That was the case again Tuesday night in Winnipeg, when the Jets scored three times in the final 10 minutes to hand Boston a 3-1 loss. Naoko Funayama caught up Bruins head coach Claude Julien during Ace Ticket Presents Bruins Overtime LIVE to get his take on the team’s late-game struggles.

Check it out in the video above.
