Earlier Games Could Provide Change of Pace for Red Sox, Measure of Advantage to Visiting A’s (Video)

The Red Sox and A’s began things a little earlier than usual on Monday night, and that will be true of all three games between the two teams this week.

A couple of 6:35 start times shouldn’t do much to subtract from the intrigue of a matchup between two surprising teams, however. Instead, it should only add to the enjoyment, as younger fans get a chance to see an extra half-hour of baseball and hopefully stay a little warmer if they’re venturing to Fenway Park to watch.

NESN Nation’s Dan Duquette has some more thoughts on how the time change will affect the two teams. See more in the above video.
