Lionel Messi is one of the most famous people on the planet, so it’s understandable that he wants shield his family from the limelight.

But the soccer superstar gave the world a rare look into his private life on Saturday. On Saturday, he posted a picture of his infant son Thiago and girlfriend Antonella Roccuzzo on Facebook for all the world to see.

The FC Barcelona forward got to take some time off from carrying his team this weekend. He is nursing a hamstring injury and was not part of his club’s squad for Sunday’s game against Real Zaragoza.

The young family members were all smiles as they sat near a beach in an undisclosed location.
