You can consider it a lucky day at the ballpark when you catch a foul ball and manage not to spill your food and drink everywhere. Catching four foul balls? That just sounds like something out of Angels in the Outfield.

One Cleveland Indians fan had what you could call the best day at the ballpark Sunday when he caught four foul balls that made their way into the stands. Greg Van Niel brought his glove to Progressive Field for what he thought would be a routine game between the Indians and the Royals, but found himself catching four foul balls throughout the matchup.

“Three of them were catches and one was a ball I picked up off the ground,” said Van Niel. “The third one, I think was the hardest one … I ended up sprawled across a few rows, and I got some cheese on myself. But the other ones were just a matter of being in the right place at the right time.”

Check out Van Niel with his bounty in the photo below.
