Peter Chiarelli Signs 4-Year Contract Extension, Says He Expects Bruins to Compete for Stanley Cup Every Year (Video)


Peter Chiarelli has gotten a lot accomplished in his seven seasons as the Bruins’ general manager, and now he has the chance to do even more for the team.

Chiarelli signed a four-year contract extension with the Bruins, which would keep him at the helm through the 2017-18 season. The B’s have been at the top of their game in the last few seasons, winning a Stanley Cup title in 2011 and playing in the Stanley Cup Final in 2013, and Chiarelli still has high expectations for his team.
