Claude Julien Still Sees Room for Improvement, But Proud of Character Bruins Showed After Sidney Crosby’s Late Goal (Video)

The Bruins could have easily folded after Sidney Crosby netted a buzzer-beater goal to send the game into overtime, but instead, they rose to the challenge.

Not wasting any time, Torey Krug rifled home a shot from the top of the zone just 34 seconds into overtime to lift his team past the Penguins.

After the game, Claude Julien admitted there were still many areas that his team can improve upon, but more than anything he was proud of his team’s character and their ability to find a way to win from what could have been a “disastrous” situation.
