Xavier Henry Throws Down Monster Slam Over Former Kansas Teammate Jeff Withey (Video)

So much for taking it easy on your old teammate.

Pelicans rookie Jeff Withey took the floor against fellow former Kansas Jayhawk Xavier Henry on Tuesday, and Henry treated the youngster like a freshman.

With Henry’s Lakers leading by 12 late in the third quarter, the fourth-year pro found himself with the ball near the top of the key with only Withey standing in his path to the net. Withey stepped up in an attempt to take a charge, but he was … well, unsuccessful.
