After the Boston Bruins’ lackluster effort against the Montreal Canadiens on Thursday night, the team emphasized the need to come out with heart and energy early in their next game.

The B’s did just that against the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday afternoon, playing with the emotion that was so lacking against the Habs. Chad Johnson recorded his first shutout as a Boston Bruin during the 4-0 win and after the game he credited all of the success to the hot start his team got.
