The TD Garden isn’t home to just top-notch entertainment, but it also boasts some of the best food that the city of Boston has to offer.
Dining Playbook host Jenny Johnson sat down with Kevin Doherty, the executive chef of the Garden, to talk about what a typical day for him consists of and, of course, to try out some of his tasty creations. In addition to attempting to feed around 17,000 people a night sometimes, Doherty also oversees the hundreds and hundreds of pounds of food that is delivered.
But the Garden isn’t limited to just hot dogs and pretzels, as Johnson shows us in the above video. Check out some of the sushi that Doherty makes in the video above.
