The Boston Bruins could not stop the red-hot Alex Ovechkin on Saturday afternoon as they fell to the Washington Capitals 4-2.

Ovechkin’s two-power play goals lifted the Caps over the B’s, and Boston has now dropped two games in a row since coming out of the Olympic break. Although some rust would be expected after the extended time away, coach Claude Julien thinks the bigger issue is his guys not executing the game plan.
