Daniel Alfredsson Takes High Stick, Picks Up Teeth En Route To Bench (Video)
No one ever accused Detroit Red Wings forward Daniel Alfredsson of being soft. No one probably ever will, especially after Wednesday night’s game against the New Jersey Devils.
The 41-year-old took an errant stick to the kisser behind his own net and went down in a heap. While skating to the bench (under his own power, mind you), Alfredsson stopped to pick up some teeth, which found their way out of his mouth and onto the ice. No big deal.
