The Boston Bruins added a third NHL finalist to their arsenal Monday as Zdeno Chara was named a finalist for the Norris Trophy, given to the league’s best defenseman.

The nomination is the fifth of Chara’s career, and the third time in the last four seasons that the big blueliner has been named a finalist. Chara won the award after the 2008-09 season.

Duncan Keith of the Chicago Blackhawks and Shea Weber of the Nashville Predators are the other nominees.
