Bruins’ Special Teams Must Step Up In Game 3 Against Canadiens (Video)

The Montreal Canadiens’ power play has been rolling during their first two games against the Boston Bruins.

While the Habs have completely shut down the Bruins on the man-advantage — as they have gone 0-for-5 in the second-round series — the Canadiens have experienced plenty of success, going 4-for-9 against the B’s penalty kill.

As NESN’s Billy Jaffe noted, the Bruins haven’t made things easy on themselves. They have allowed Montreal to be successful on the power play by not winning as many faceoffs and by committing too many turnovers in their own zone.

The B’s will look to shore up their PK unit in Games 3 and 4 when the series shifts to Montreal.

Check out the video above to hear about Montreal’s power play.
