Daniel Nava: Red Sox’s Offensive Funk ‘Couldn’t Last Forever’ (Video)

The Boston Red Sox scored 10 runs for the first time this season Friday night and looked more like the offense that dominated baseball in 2013.

Outfielder Daniel Nava is a part of the reason Boston has been able to get back on track. Nava is hitting .423 since being recalled from Triple-A Pawtucket on June 4.

“We knew it couldn’t last forever. It had to turn,” Nava said of the Red Sox offense’s struggles. “We believe things are always one game away from turning, and hopefully it was two games ago — today and yesterday — that things turned.”

Check out what else Nava had to say in the video above.
