Xander Bogaerts was one of the bright spots for the Boston Red Sox in their 3-2 loss to the Cleveland Indians on Monday night.
The 21-year-old rookie crushed a two-run homer to center field in the eighth inning to trim Cleveland’s lead to 3-2, but that was as close as Boston would get. Bogaerts finished the game 2-for-4 with two RBIs.
