John Daly doesn’t get much attention for his golf game these days, but his on-course apparel is a different story.
Daly was back at it again Wednesday as he prepared for the Open Championship at Royal Liverpool. The eccentric golfer took the course for his practice round in a fantastic outfit that included SpongeBob Squarepants-themed pants as well as a pair of pink golf spikes.

Long John and his terrifying diet are a long shot at this weekend’s tournament. The 1995 British Open champion ranks 203rd in the FedEx Cup this season and has missed the cut in five of his 10 starts while piling up “only” $76,635 in winnings.
So much for “Look good, feel good, play good,” apparently.
