The Dallas Stars will employ a mascot for the first time this season, and it’s … well, it’s certainly something.

That’s Victor E. Green — some kind of cross between the Phillie Phanatic and Big Bird, with a pair of horns thrown in for good measure. Stars fans did not hide their disapproval upon the mascot’s introduction Saturday morning.
