New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter is set to play his final game at Yankee Stadium Thursday.

The Yankees — who are eliminated from postseason contention — will take on the 2014 American League East champion Baltimore Orioles. Obviously, all eyes will be on the captain as he takes the field in the Bronx once last time.

Wondering where you can watch Jeter’s final home game? It will air at 7:05 p.m. ET on MLB Network, and live-streamed free on MLB.com. That is, of course, if it doesn’t get rained out.

All signs point to the game being played, though, as MLB officials say that will do whatever it takes to give the five-time World Series champion his final goodbye at home.
