Mario Balotelli Wishes School Kids ‘Good Luck’ On First Day (Video)

Mario Balotelli knows what it’s like to start anew.

Maybe that’s why he took the time to wish all the school kids good luck on the first day of school.

Balotelli used Instagram to send a video message to children around the world, as the new school year begins.

The Italian striker included the caption, “Hi kids, today starts school in most countries. It’s like the beginning of the season in football. It’s therefore time to start giving Your best as this helps shape your future. Good luck!”

Balotelli joined Liverpool last month in a £16 million ($26.5 million) transfer from AC Milan. He only has played one game for the Reds, and he still is adjusting to his new surroundings and teammates.

Balotelli’s first day of school at Liverpool was less than two weeks ago. It’s fitting that he spares a thought for the youth, who are going through the same thing.
