Mario Balotelli has been a little less super than usual, and we’re not talking about the way he’s been playing for Liverpool.
The Italian striker apparently is missing his pet pig, Super, who he had to leave behind in Italy after departing AC Milan for the Reds. According to The Sun, Balotelli arrived in the United Kingdom faster than the legal process he has to complete to bring Super to England.
“Government rules mean to get the black-spotted animal here he must first register as a breeder, then get a certificate of health from an Italian vet before she is allowed to fly,” The Sun’s Will Payne wrote per Bleacher Report.
It’s a shame because Super just happens to be adorable.
