CINCINNATI — Bengals receiver A.J. Green will miss a first-round playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday because he’s still recovering from a concussion.

Green suffered the concussion during a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday night that relegated the Bengals (10-5-1) to a wild-card berth. The Pro Bowl receiver didn’t pass concussion tests and was ruled out Saturday.

Green missed three games — including Cincinnati’s 27-0 loss at Indianapolis in October — and parts of two others with an injured right big toe. Mohamed Sanu, who has only three catches in the past three games, becomes the top receiver in Green’s absence.

Tight end Jermaine Gresham was listed as questionable with a sore back.
