Brad Marchand got the Boston Bruins on the board Tuesday thanks to some good old-fashioned teamwork.

The B’s were down 1-0 in the first period against the Tampa Bay Lightning, when a delayed penalty call on David Pastrnak left the Bruins with an extra skater. When Carl Soderberg came on the ice to replace goaltender Tuukka Rask, the B’s immediately made the most of it.

Within seconds of being on the ice, Soderberg set himself up to make it look as though he was going to take a shot on net. As the Lightning defense converged on him, he sent the puck to a wide-open Marchand, who put it past goaltender Ben Bishop.
