MASHANTUCKET, Conn. — Joe Kelly doesn’t need to look far for his stiffest selfie competition.
Hanley Ramirez absolutely killed it Friday at the Red Sox Town Hall event at Foxwoods Resort Casino. The three-time All-Star wasn’t around long, but he stole the show with an awesome selfie during player introductions.

Friday’s Town Hall marked the beginning of Baseball Winter Weekend, in which fans are given a unique opportunity to interact with players and other members of the Red Sox organization. Ramirez, who signed a four-year contract with Boston earlier this offseason, clearly brings plenty of personality to the table.
Kelly, of course, won MLB’s 2014 “Best Selfie” award for the photo he snapped with Derek Jeter before the New York Yankees legend’s final game at Fenway Park. The Red Sox hurler might need to up his game even further this season.
Ramirez has hit the ground running in the social media department.
NESN will air coverage of the Baseball Winter Weekend on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
