If the asking price of $17 million to buy LeBron James’ mansion was a bit too rich for your blood, we’ve got some good news. The price is coming down.
Curbed.com reports the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar is dropping the asking price by an entire $2 million on his Miami home. That brings the new price all the way down to a cool $15 million.
That kind of price tag comes with plenty of bells and whistles. The mansion, built in 2010, features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in addition to a theater, wine cellar and a guest home. If you have that kind of dough to drop on a house, chances are you probably can afford a yacht or two. If so, you’re in luck. The property also comes with a concrete dock which can fit not one but two 60-foot yachts.
