LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers are just one win away from moving on to the next round in the Eastern Conference playoffs — and they have Tristan Thompson to thank for it.

Even with stars like Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love and James putting up impressive numbers in the Cavs’ first-round NBA playoff series against the Boston Celtics, Cleveland might not be up 3-0 if not for the 24-year-old forward’s hustle.
