Mike Napoli will get a crack at the Toronto Blue Jays after all.

After missing Monday and Tuesday’s contests due to illness, the Boston Red Sox first baseman is back in the lineup batting sixth for his team’s series finale against the Jays at Fenway Park.

Napoli will replace Daniel Nava, who went 0-for-3 while playing first base in Wednesday night’s loss and has just one hit in his last 10 games. Utility man Brock Holt will remain in the lineup at right field batting seventh, while Ryan Hanigan will assume catching duties again and bat ninth.

Hanigan will receive pitches from starter Rick Porcello, who’s hoping to pick up his second win of the season leaving with a no-decision in his last outing Friday.
