Brock Holt, Daniel Nava Back In Red Sox Lineup For Series Finale Vs. A’s

The Boston Red Sox will look to shake off Tuesday’s blowout loss Wednesday as they close out their three-game set with the Oakland A’s.

Given the series finale’s 3:35 p.m. ET start (12:35 p.m. local time in Oakland), manager John Farrell has chosen to reconfigure his starting lineup. Xander Bogaerts, Mike Napoli, Shane Victorino and Blake Swihart all take a seat, with Brock Holt, Daniel Nava, Jackie Bradley Jr. and Sandy Leon starting in their respective spots.

It’ll be the first start of the season for Bradley, who saw action both Monday and Tuesday as a defensive replacement for Victorino in right field.

Taking the mound for the Red Sox will be left-hander Wade Miley, who’s struggled mightily thus far in his brief tenure in Boston. Miley has taken the loss in each of his last three starts, allowing 14 runs (13 earned) over 15 1/3 innings.

Here are the full starting lineups for both teams:
