Blue Jays’ Edwin Encarnacion Blasts Three Homers, Owns 24-Game Hit Streak (Video)

The Toronto Blue Jays are an offensive machine, and Edwin Encarnacion provided the latest display of their power, blasting three home runs and tallying nine RBIs on Saturday in a 15-1 win over the Detroit Tigers.

Encarnacion’s first homer, a three-run shot to left field, extended his hitting streak to 24 games, the longest for a Blue Jays player since Scott Rolen’s 25-game run in 2009.
