Colts Giving Away Free Team DVDs To Fans For Expired Prescription Pills

And the award for “Most Bizarre Training Camp Promotion” goes to… the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts announced Thursday that this coming Sunday will be “Community Take Back Day,” on which fans will be able to trade in unused or expired prescription pills and receive a copy of the team’s 2014 highlight DVD in return.

On the surface, there’s nothing wrong with this (admittedly unorthodox) promo. But, as scores of Twitter users quickly pointed out, Colts owner Jim Irsay’s history of drug abuse definitely makes it a bit of a head-scratcher.
