The 22-year-old left-hander owns a 6-1 record and a 1.67 ERA in the nine night games he’s started for the Boston Red Sox this season, but he’s struggled mightily in afternoon starts, posting a 1-4 record and an unwieldy 10.67 ERA in six outings.
