The Boston Bruins defense certainly will have its hands full Thursday when the Colorado Avalanche hit the TD Garden ice.
The Avs feature one of the most talented lines in hockey that includes three of their biggest stars.
Nathan MacKinnon, the 20-year-old 2013 No. 1 overall draft selection, centers a line with 22-year-old captain Gabriel Landeskog and 24-year-old Matt Duchene.
The three have combined for 37 points (17 goals, 20 assists) on the season, while MacKinnon leads the pack with 16 (six goals, 10 assists).
Fortunately, Boston’s blue line will be bolstered by the return of Dennis Seidenberg to the lineup, who takes the ice for the first time this season.
