Bruins Don’t Play Well, Still Emerge With Shootout Win Over Devils (Video)

It wasn’t perfect, but the Boston Bruins did enough to leave TD Garden with a 2-1 shootout win over the New Jersey Devils on Sunday.

“I thought both goaltenders played extremely well tonight,” head coach Claude Julien said on “Bruins Overtime Live” after the game. “But the biggest thing is we didn’t have a great start, we didn’t think that we had a great game overall, except that in the third period, we started to go a little bit better.”
