Playoff excitement was back in Winnipeg for the first time in nearly 20 years, the Chicago Blackhawks ignited dynasty debate with another Stanley Cup championship and the scoring title literally came down to the final seconds of the season.

Luckily for hockey fans, 2016 is shaping up to be even better, starting with the NHL Winter Classic between the historic rival Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens at Gillette Stadium.
