Everyone assumes the Boston Celtics have a bright future, but their trio of rookies reminded everyone why on New Year’s Eve.

R.J. Hunter, Terry Rozier and Jordan Mickey combined for 56 points in the first NBA D-League game they’ve all played together, as the Maine Red Claws defeated the Texas Legends 119-112.

Hunter, making his D-League debut after previously spending the entire season with Boston, dropped 28 points in the game, adding seven assists and five rebounds. Rozier added a double-double with 15 points and 13 assists. But it was Mickey who stole the show, recording the ninth triple-double in Red Claws history with 13 points, 13 rebounds and an astounding 10 blocks.

Check out highlights from their performances below.

Mickey and Rozier have developed their games nicely in the D-League. Mickey has averaged 18.6 points, 10.8 rebounds 4.9 blocks and 1.0 steals per game in 15 games for Maine, while Rozier nearly is averaging a double-double himself with 19.6 points, 9.8 assists, 6.2 rebounds and 1.4 steals in five games.
