Jose Altuve is short, in case you haven’t noticed.
The Houston Astros second baseman is listed at 5-foot-6, and athletes’ listed heights are often generous. And that’s something that’s not lost on his teammates.
The Astros played a little prank on Altuve on Tuesday to point out his height deficiency, and 6-foot-4 center fielder Jake Marisnick shared it on Twitter.

Altuve doesn’t seem to have responded to the prank, but we’re guessing that after batting .313 with 15 home runs and 38 stolen bases in 2015, he’s not too concerned about some jokes from his teammates.
