For the New York Post, the possibilities were endless.
Matt Harvey revealed Tuesday that the mysterious “non-baseball medical issue” he was dealing with was a bladder infection that supposedly was caused by the New York Mets pitcher holding in his pee for too long. The New York Post, which rarely misses an opportunity to slip in a jab, took the story and had a field day with it, ultimately settling on the following back page sports cover for Wednesday’s edition.

The “Ya Gotta Relieve!” concept wasn’t the only headline the Post considered, of course. And fortunately for us, the publication chose to share some of the alternatives that were flushed down the toilet.
