The No. 4 seed California Golden Bears were a team to watch heading into the NCAA Tournament, but a recent injury to one of their best players leaves them vulnerable to a first-round upset.
Cal’s Tyrone Wallace will miss the entire tournament after he broke a bone in his right hand Wednesday. Wallace averaged a team-high 15.3 points per game this season, so the Golden Bears will need someone new to step up against the No. 13 seed Hawaii Rainbow Warriors.
